Returns Policy

The following return conditions apply to all items purchased at www.anjac.com.au.

A valid order number must be provided when submitting a return request, within the applicable return period.

Returns – Full-Priced Items (Australia)

We accept returns on full-priced items within Australia when requested within 30 days from the date of despatch.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Exchange for an alternative product

  • Store credit to the value of the original item, redeemable on a future purchase

Returns – Sale Items

Sale items may be returned within the return period; however:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds

Sale item returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit (online use only), or

  • Exchange

The value of any credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price paid for the returned item.

Faulty Items

We take great care in producing high-quality garments. In addition to your statutory rights, if you believe an item is faulty, please contact us and we will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
