FREE RETURNS POLICY
The return conditions apply to all items purchased at www.anjac.com.au
Purchase Order Number must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
Free Returns within Australia on full-priced items only*
There are no Free Returns for Sale items.
The return period is 30 days from the date of despatch.
Items must be returned un-worn and in new condition as purchased.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online or in-store, you are entitled to the following options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Exchange for an alternative product
- Credit to the value of the original item, to be used against a new purchase
RETURNING SALE ITEMS
While we do accept the return of Sale Items, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Anjac. Free returns exclude sale items.
Sale items can be returned for an Anjac credit to be used online only, or exchange only. The value of the credit/exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item you are returning.
